Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on shop.remdii.my, operated by LIPIDGROUP SDN. BHD. (“REMDII”, “we”, “us”). It sits alongside our Terms of Use and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Malaysian law.

1. Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible using the details below. An order can be cancelled and fully refunded as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — the returns policy below applies instead. If we cancel an order — for example due to stock, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — any payment taken will be refunded in full.

2. What can be returned

We accept returns and exchanges only for:

· items that were incorrectly shipped (wrong item sent);
· items that arrived damaged; or
· items with a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the issue must be reported to us within 7 business days of the delivery date.

3. Change of mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Returns are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items as described above.

4. How to request a return

Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order — by email at sales@lipidware.com or WhatsApp at +60 17-331 9765 — with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Once your return is confirmed, send the item to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs and for any loss or damage in transit during the return shipment.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days of us confirming receipt of the returned item, to your original payment method where possible, or otherwise to your bank account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Where an exchange is agreed instead, we will arrange it once the return is confirmed and processed.
