These Terms of Use govern your access to shop.remdii.my and any purchase you make, operated by LIPIDGROUP SDN. BHD. (“REMDII”, “we”, “us”). By using the shop or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the shop.

1. About the shop

shop.remdii.my is the online store for REMDII® products, operated by LIPIDGROUP SDN. BHD. Editorial and informational content lives separately on remdii.my.

2. Account and sign-in

You may browse without an account. To check out, you sign in through our identity service, IMAAI-ID, using a one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for providing accurate, current information.

3. Products, pricing and availability

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice, and we may limit quantities. Product images are for illustration only.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — and where payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (iPay88). Your order is processed once payment has been authorised. We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery addresses are managed through your IMAAI-ID account. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and cancellations

If there is a problem with your order, contact us using the details below and we will work with you to put it right. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Malaysian law are not affected by these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this shop — including text, images, graphics, logos, and the REMDII® trademark — is owned by LIPIDGROUP SDN. BHD. or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our prior written permission.

9. Product information and disclaimer

Product information is provided for general guidance and is subject to our Disclaimer. REMDII products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

10. Limitation of liability

The shop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the shop.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the shop means you accept the revised Terms.
