Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on shop.remdii.my, operated by LIPIDGROUP SDN. BHD. (“REMDII”, “we”, “us”). It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. During public holidays, new product launches, restocks, and major promotions, processing may take longer — thank you for your patience during these periods.

2. Delivery times

After processing, delivery typically takes:

· West Malaysia: 3–5 business days
· East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days
· International: up to 14 business days, depending on destination

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees and available courier options are calculated and shown at checkout, based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any free-shipping promotion or voucher is applied at checkout before payment.

4. International orders

We ship internationally. Costs and courier options vary by country — we recommend contacting us by WhatsApp at +60 17-331 9765 before placing an international order so we can advise on shipping costs and options for your location. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been processed and handed to the courier, we send a confirmation with a tracking number. You can also view your orders any time under My Orders.

6. Delivery issues

Please ensure your delivery address, managed through your IMAAI-ID account, is accurate before checking out. If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 business days. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
